WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We have various shipping options for orders.
1.) Collect from our studio in Constantia, Cape Town.
2.) Free post office to post office. Your order will be sent with a tracking number and could take up to 5 working days depending on how outlying your area is. You will be emailed your tracking number so you can call your closest post office if you do not want to wait for the slip in the post.
3.) Courier to your door.
R40 Cape Town & Surrounds.
R130 JHB, Durban and Surrounds.
R200 Mpumalanga, North West, Limpopo & Bloemfontein.
Expect up to 7 working days delivery time.
HOW LONG AFTER I ORDER WILL YOU SEND MY ORDER?
Once you have ordered we will send your order out within 7 working days. You will know your parcel has been sent as we will email you. We try our best to get orders out ASAP.
WHAT IF I NEED AN ORDER IN A RUSH.
Please email us to double check we have stock before ordering if you are in a rush. We can also quote you on overnight delivery!

Yes! We ship worldwide, please email us before checking out so we can look up the most effective delivery method.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are unhappy with what you received, or are not satisfied with it, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return it and we will offer a refund on your payment.
The product must be in its original condition – unused and unwashed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
