What are Cape Island Coins?

As a Cape Island customer, you may now create an online profile that helps you view your information and make changes to your profile at any time. You'll also be able to view all of your previous orders and items that you have purchased from us.

Our loyalty 'Cape Island Coins' program, will allow you to earn coins by completing certain tasks and earn rewards that may be used as cash value towards your future orders!

Fill in your information and create your unique password and submit.

3. You will now be able to start earning points and view your customer portal.

- Make a purchase and earn 5 points for every R1 spent.
- Visit our website and earn 10 points.

How Do I Earn Coins?

You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points click the Earn Points tab in the menu.

- 1000 points = R5 voucher 

- 2,000 points = R10 voucher

What do I do if I forgot my password?

Send us an email at marketing@capeisland.co.za, and we will send you a link to reset your password. 

How do I leave the program

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unsubscribed. We'll then unsubscribe you from the loyalty program and you will lose any points you have accrued.

How do I redeem my vouchers?

Select the tab called Redeem Points. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you ,may redeem them for a reward.
