PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. YOUR RIGHTS

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

 Goods returnable in terms of

(a)    Subsection (2) (a) must be returned to the supplier at the consumer’s risk and expense; or

(b)    Subsection (2) (a) to (d) must be returned to the supplier at the supplier’s risk and expense within 10 business days after delivery to consumer.

Upon return of any good in terms of this section, the supplier must refund to the consumer the price paid for the goods, less any amount that may be charged in terms of subsection (6).

In determining the right of a supplier to impose a charge contemplated in section (5), if any goods returned to the supplier in terms of this section are:

(a)    In the original unopened packaging, the supplier may not charge the consumer any amount in respect of the goods;

(b)    In the original condition and repackaged in their original packaging, the supplier may charge the consumer a reasonable amount for:

(i)                  Use of the goods during the time they were in the consumer’s possession, unless they are goods that are ordinarily consumed or depleted by use, and no such consumption or depletion has occurred; or

(ii)                Any consumption or depletion of the goods, unless that consumption or deletion is limited to a reasonable amount necessary to determine whether the goods were acceptable to the consumer; or

(c)     In any other case, the supplier may charge the consumer a reasonable amount

PROMOTIONS AND SALES

Please take note that sale items do not qualify for other promotions that are running at the same time period.

DISCOUNT CODES

Customers won’t be able to enter a code if another discount is already applied at checkout.
Discou
